Grammy nominated icons of the alternative rock scene, The Verve Pipe has journeyed from their roots in East Lansing, Michigan to the top of the charts with hits including the Billboard Hot 100 hit "The Freshmen" as well as the radio hits "Photograph", and "Colorful". Led by founding member Brian Vander Ark, they continue to deliver complex and moving songs. They released their sixth album of original music PARACHUTE in 2017. The Verve Pipe is known for powerful live performances, and this is one you won’t want to miss.

In 1995, Tony Scalzo, Miles Zuniga, and Joey Shuffield formed Fastball. In 1998, just six months after releasing their second album, ALL THE PAIN MONEY CAN BUY, FASTBALL had sold more than a million albums on the strength of the hit single "The Way" which stayed on top the Billboard charts for seven weeks. "Out of My Head" off the same album was also a top ten hit. That album received two Grammy Award nominations and an MTV Video Award. They continue to put out constantly good and always catch rock tunes. They released their seventh studio album THE HELP MACHINE in 2019 and the three original member continue to tour and look forward to rocking the Toonerville stage in Pelham on September 18th.

TASH NEAL

An expressive guitarist, singer/songwriter from Harlem, Tash Neal, a founding member of the rock duo The London Souls, and his band will set the Toonerville Main Stage on fire. Tash’s talent as a guitarist has been noted by some of the biggest names in rock music including The Who, The Black Crowes and Lenny Kravitz.

John’s original music has received national charting airplay and he has shared the stage with many artists ranging from Matchbox 20 to My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy

Originally founded in 1976 as a folk duo by Pelham natives Chris Brown and Joe Summo, BOOKENDS with their eclectic mix of original compositions and interesting covers quickly became one of the most sought after bands on the local college circuit. As their popularity grew, so did the band into a more traditional rock band instrumentation, bass, drums and keyboards. Always a fan favorite. Chris and the band are looking forward to rocking the Toonerville stage!

The Stellar Wolfs are a collection of Pelham dad musicians playing in rotating configurations. Formed in 2014 the Stellar Wolfs have been entertaining lower Westchester and Pelham in particular playing all manor of events. General Atmosphere is an offshoot, originals ideal project conceived in "the vault"

He'll look to keep everyone informed between acts on the Main Stage and the Xanadu Artist Stage while sharing songs from his album BROKEN HEARTS AND DISHES along with interpretations of whatever songs he thinks might keep the Toonerville crowd clapping

Andrew Cole & The Bravo Hops is a blues & country infused rock band based in Westchester, NY. They have released four albums of original music. They regularly gig in the NY metro area and have had their songs featured on radio stations across the country. The Roots Music Report tracked their album River Talk as the #1 Alt Country album for the week of June 8, 2019. They have also been highlighted and interviewed as part of various features, including as "Featured Artist of the Week" on WERU (October 2020) and "Hudson Valley Artists Spotlight" on WHUD (May 2020).

Pelham, New York’s new “supergroup” Stolen Age is made up of singer/keyboardist Andrew Wood, bass guitarist Mark Garufi and percussionist Grant Zacharias. The trio presents a blend of original and cover songs that share a similar style in the mold of modern reinterpretations of 80s new wave classics. Andrew Wood has been a longtime fixture on the New York City indie rock scene with his band Bridges & Powerlines, which released five records between 2006 and 2016 and experienced successful runs on the CMJ top 200 radio charts, played high-profile shows with The Antlers, Adam Duritz, Chris Carrabba and many more and made multiple appearances at SXSW. Mark Garufi has performed for large audiences with his regional band Fervor since the late 1990s, showcasing influences ranging from jazz to classical in his rock covers and new original compositions. Grant Zacharias, who played in several bands in Florida before moving to the area, brings an eclectic energy to the mix, counting John Bonham and Glenn Kotche alike among his drumming heroes. Stolen Age, a brand-new collaboration, will make its public debut at Toonerville.

Dos Decadas started when members of the Pelham High class of ‘95 “got the band back together” for their 20th Reunion in 2015. They’ve been playing ever since. Covering rock hits from the 70s-today, Dos Decadas plays venues from the Bayou to Dudley’s to Prohibition NYC as well as events like the Junior League’s Battle of the Bands and the Pelham Winterfest.
